🌿 Teak Wood Care & Maintenance

Teak is naturally rich in oils that help protect the wood against moisture and outdoor exposure. With time, untreated teak may gradually develop a beautiful silver-gray patina, a normal characteristic of natural teak furniture.

To help maintain its original warm wood appearance, clean regularly with mild soap, water, and a soft brush or cloth. Use teak care products when appropriate and follow the manufacturer's maintenance recommendations.

Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners. During extended periods of severe weather or non-use, a breathable outdoor furniture cover can provide additional protection.
